The GOETZE / TENNECO G-6004 is a high-temperature industrial spark plug set engineered for INNIO Jenbacher Type 6 and Type 9 gas engines. Designed for demanding CHP and stationary power operation, it supports stable ignition, reliable combustion, and reduced plug-related downtime, especially in high-BMEP applications.


High-output Jenbacher engines operate with aggressive combustion conditions—temperature, pressure, and frequent load changes. The GOETZE G-6004 is built as an OE-capable replacement solution for Jenbacher Type 6 / Type 9, supporting ignition stability on natural gas, biogas, and landfill gas (application dependent).

This plug uses Iridium/Iridium precious-metal technology and is designed with durability-focused construction features (reinforced shell/insulator concept, stable resistance technology) to help withstand mechanical stress and dynamic combustion pressures common in continuous-run power and heavy duty start/stop regimes
